How to create an item in ITSHOP to create an external user?

Has anyone created this item?

    Hi Ulisses

    We are currently implementing such a function. The approach we currently checking is to create a QERReuse Resource (Special Product) that can be ordered multiple times.

    There will be some additional order parameters to add the attributes as Firstname, LastName, Birthday, Language etc...

    Then there is an Approval Workflow and after the Approval is granted, there si a process, that will create or modify the person.

    Our solution is quite a bit different compared with the self registering interface, because we do not want that any person can add himself or other new persons, but only managers or head of profit centers are allowed, or need to approve this new persons.

    Hi René,

    Thank you for your reply. is exactly what I need, only managers or a group of delegates can request or approve the creation of external users.
    I am new to the world of OneIdentity, is there anything about creating and using QERReuse Resource?
