Custom font in alert message

Hi Community!

We have a custom alert message and we want some words in bold, some in italics, and some underlined.

How can this be done?

Where is this custom alert message? In an email template? In a customisation in the web portal?

the alert message can be found in the web portal in the ITShop section.
