Automatic delegate the request Approver if the Approver is Sub Identity.

Other possible solution to our problem.

If the Approver of the request is Sub Identity how we do to automatic delegate this Approval step to the Main Identity?

    You can create new custom confirmation procedures in which You can say who are the approvers. In that step You could automatically replace sub identities with master identities. Automatic delegation creation for every request is also possible by creating a custom process but it is not so easy.
