From the screenshot, it looks like you want to add a new service category (the tiles). all items created are labeled as service item and service category, depending on where it was created. How to label them as a "Product"?

just read further on in the docs, And, a service item is a product. The structure you see in the Shop in the Web Portal is based on the service categories
