we are running IAM 9.1.1, Users are synced via AzureAD Connect, Licenses are managed via script (Want to get rid of it)
Our Problem, if a user or script is overprovision Licenses, I get the FROZEN job that we don´t have enough licenses.
Now my question, what can i do to prevent:
- User from ordering a license if we don´t have enough
- A script or Business role or whatever to process this request?
- Changing the license type, if we not have enough from License a, but can be also used with license b with reduced options.
As we have a lot of seasonal workers, we have a high turnover rate and this would help us a lot ;)
