Hey everyone, hope all is well!
For some reason our New Delegation button is grayed out in Production IT Shop, seemingly for all users. I've followed the instructions found here; How to delegate responsibilities to another approver via the web portal (4341342) (oneidentity.com). and this works in stage. I’ve looked through the KBs (I didn’t find anything that pertained to this.) and the delegation section of the ITShop Administration guide. I’m guessing a setting was turned off somehow, somewhere. I also created a help desk ticket and they told me to they didn't handle this type of stuff.
