We can not login to Api Server with active directory

Hello,

We can login Api Server with an identity , on the other hands we have been trying to login Api Server with acitve directory , but we couldn't. We have an active directory releated identity. We don't think that there is a problem fot active directory side.Is thre any configuration setting to login api server with active directory on designer or web portal administrator packages. By the way we have examined configuration page of web portal administrator or security setting in designer.

Have you enabled Integrated Windows Authentication on the IIS application pool?

What is the version of Identity Manager? It sounds like 9.2 but wanted to confirm.

Have you checked the api server logs to see what the error message is? This may give a clearer picture of the issue.

Thank you for your support. We have been working on new project and We had not determined domain name in configuration parameter (Target System/ADS/Authentication Domains). We wrote our domain name to this field then we could login to web portal with active directory.
