JobServer web log runs on 503 Error

Hi All,

JobService shows "503 Service Unavailable" error if i call http://localhost:1880 in browser. (http://fq_hostname:1880/ - same error)

The JobService runs as an administrator account or "local system" account - same error.

Permission to run http server on port 1880 are granted to the user account.

OneIM v9.2

There is no errors in JobServer log in debug level. No erros in windows event log.

Does the WebServer of the JobService (is this nodejs, own implementation, etc?) write its own log? If so, where can I find it?
