Disabling ? -> Help Desk in Angular Portal

Hi there, we use ServiceNow as a Single Point of Contact with the support. There for we don't need the help desk tools in Angular Portal. Is it possible to deactivate it, so that the portal user can't open a ticket?

Deactivating of the configuration item ApiProviders/HDS.CompositionApi.HelpdeskConfigApi doesn't help.

For some processes we use internal the tickets. So we can't deactivate it global.
