I have a requirement to customize the approval page in ITShop. When the IT Shop approver logs into the web portal to make a decision on the request, I would like to have a button or info button available that displays the master data of the requested user. I'm trying to edit the Approval Page(VI_ITShop_Approvals) of the IT Shop, however I can't seem to find a correct way to do it. Please provide your suggestions or steps to achieve this.
