Hi Community,
I created an attestation and for reason type of denial, I put standard reason required.
Started the attestation, but then from web portal it is not required to choose one, you can deny the attestation and it goes on anyway.
Same test with free text required.
Does anything else need to be set to make them mandatory?
Modify anything on the web designer side?
