Delegation for dummy identities

We have Dummy Identities for impersonal accounts.

The RealPerson (Owner) for this Identity can place requests in the IT-Shop.

Is there any mechanism for the RealPerson to delegate the responsibility for that Dummy Identity during absences? The delegated Person for example should be able to place request in the it-shop for that Dummy Identity.

Looking at the options for delegation you can find here (as always dependant on version): https://support.oneidentity.com/technical-documents/identity-manager/9.1.1/it-shop-administration-guide/17 there are options for employees but not specific dummy identities. Hence my suggestion to make the real person the manager for the dummy identity.

You are right. Setting the RealPerson also as Manager will solve the problem.
