Operation "Procedures for creating approval methods" stuck in DBQueue, shown as IsReset=1

We are using version 9.0 LTS and getting below error in system journal.

Sounds like you have a custom PWO approval created and that it is a calculated decision that requires some tweaking.

We have 22 custom approval procedures created and around 50 custom approval workflows. Please suggest what I should look for when I check this?

To resolve the error: "Invalid column name 'UID_PWORulerOrigin'", ensure that "UID_PWORulerOrigin" is returned as a column. For example, using the above SQL, and adding "null as UID_PWORulerOrigin" will resolve the error.
