The process Fill help tables for attestation (UID_Task ATT-K-AttestationHelper) in the DBQueue it takes a long time to complete, but in the end, nothing happens with the attestation case.
For example: there are 10 ATT-K-AttestationHelper tasks in the DBQueue (The number of cases can be completely different from 10 to 100. It doesn't matter.). They can run for up to 20 minutes (and probably disappear from the DBQ after a timeout). If at the end of the ATT-K-AttestationHelper tasks we goes to the Approval Sequence, we observe that the Attestation case remains in the same place. And these can be different decision levels - simple calculate decision or calling an event to delete/save permissions. (The process of calling an event does not start in the JobQueue)
I also note that after a while the task will still be completed and the Attestation case will be closed or go to the next step in the approval procedure, however, i could not find the patterns of implementation
What recommendations can you give to identify the reasons for the failure to complete the task ATT-K-AttestationHelper in the DBQueue
