Hello,
v9.0
Can anyone explain how the Unique Id (Technical name: Id, Table:AADUser) attribute value is generated when an Azure AD account is created in OneIM? We recently went live, and during the joiner process, an AD account is created, followed by an Azure account. A license is then assigned to the Azure account, which creates the Exchange Online mailbox. The OOTB process AAD_UserHasSubsku_Provision got stuck with the error below. We have not received this error in the Dev or in the sanity testing in Prod. During troubleshooting, we found that the Unique Id attribute was null for those users. How is this Unique Id generated, and how can I generate this attribute for those users to resolve the job issue?
