Question:
What would be the best way to add custom rule violations to the new Api Angular web portal in Request history? Do we need to extend the API or is there a better approach to the problem?
Problem:
Customers would like to extend the code to add additional information and logic in rule violations.
We have configured object-dependent references to some products in the IT Shop. They get correctly added to the shopping cart. Now we need additional customization to display a popup or some information on the Api portal if one of these dependent products gets canceled due to some business logic implimented. The problem is that these dependent products get into separate workflows.
Any additional help will be much appreciated.
