How to generate a custom central account

 Hi all.

I must generate a central account depending on the department. 

But it seems that central account is calculated as soon as the last name and first name are informed on the web portal, way before any other field could be informed. When I arrive at department drop down to select a department, changing the department does not recalculate the central account and thus, central account remains "incorrect" for our needs.

What I'm looking for is a way to calculate the central account AFTER i've selected the department. This way I have all the needed information to calculate the central account.

Enabling the "overwrite" checkbox on the account central template is not an option right now, because central account do not has to be modifiable.

How can I do it?
