Synchronization Editor - ADS configuration - v7.0.2

Hello,

We have a parent domain (pdomain) and a child domain (cdomain) in AD. We were able to configure pdomain successfully with id pdomain\d1im.

However when we try to configure cdomain with ID pdomain\d1im it fails to connect since by default it is expecting the ID cdomain\d1im.

pdomain\d1im has all the privileges on cdomain and is a member of domain admins. Is there a way we can configure the syncronizationf or cdomain successfully using the ID pdomain\d1im? We were able to do that successfully with v6.1.3, but are having issue with the latest version on the product

  • Markus,

Thanks for the response. This is the step where I am encountering the error

I tried putting in a cdomain user and completed the configuration. However, when I go back to magaer it still shows "Syncronization not configured" for cdomain. And I am still trying to find the cdomain user to change it. I don't see it in Manager.
