• Attestors closed count in always zero in Attestation runs detail -> Attestors list 9.2.1

    Problem:

    • Go to attestation run

    • Select a run with pending and closed cases

    • Navigate to attestors

    • You will see the closed count is always zero.
     also in the API i saw the API attestation/run/{uidrun}/approvers returning always pending cases.

  • Search not working when pending attestation list is grouped by attestation policy as saved view - 9.2.1

    1. Go to pending attestation page
    2. Group by attestation policy
    3. Save the view as any title
    4. reload the page
    5. select the saved view
    6. search with any text

  • Only the Requestor can see the full workflow, LM nor Approver Group member can't see requests they approved afterward - v9.2.1

    Problem:

    • Requestor creates a request.

    • Line Manager (LM) approves it → request disappears from Pending Requests.

    • Approver Group member approves it → request also disappears from Pending Requests.

    • Feedback: Neither LM nor Approver Group…

  • Delegation: Can't create delegation while having a unsubscribed/aborted delegation 9.2.1

    What i did, i

    1. Create a delegation with a recipient and a date range
    2. Cancel or unsubscribe the delegation
    3. Create the first delegation again (same recipient, responsibility and date range)
    4. Throwing error 

    is this a OOTB behavior? or this is an issue.…
