Severals questions about Password Policy rules

Hi,

I have couple of questions regarding what can be done or not in the Policy rules configuration,

1- How can I prevent a user to not choose a password that match the last x used passwords

2- Is there a way to block some key word like company or division name, etc.

3- Complexity rule, what exactly is configured when we check Password must meet complexity requirements in the Policy rules?
