Scheduled Task Error - User Status Statistics - Failed to retrieve last tomb stone ID from storage

Hello

Since yesterday the User Status Statistics hasn't been able to run through.

Im not sure what the cause or the solution could be. Is this one of those product defects?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • We got it working again.

We deleted the database that the Application creates upon reporting service connection.

Connected again, creating a new Database. Booted the servers (We seperated Application from SQL) and ran the Task. It worked.

The Error might have been caused by jumping back a couple of SnapShots on the SQL-Srv (and installing all SQL-Software again) but not on the Apl.Srv.

    Though thats just a theorie.

Luckily we still run this application in our test-enviroment so we had no user-data to worry about.

  • Thanks for coming back and sharing your steps with the community.

Glad to hear that Password Manager is once again functioning as expected.
