OfflinePasswordReset doesn't show in GINA

Hi Stefano,

Will you make sure that you have enabled the setting "Display the Offline Password Reset button" in group policy and deployed it to the Windows 10 computer.

You can verify that the setting has been deployed by checking the registry on the Windows 10 machine.

If the setting is enabled but you still don't see the link then please open a support case and we will have a look at it more closely.

I noticed that the option Offline Passord Reset is not visible in GINA unless SPE is installed too. Is it right?

However after the first step (dialog with qrcode) I get this error. What I miss?

Hi Stefano,

That's correct. The SPE must be installed first and then the OPR tool.

Will you open a service request and we will look at the SPE error that you are getting.
