Not so much with running but the initial deployment can be tricky as RDS does NOT 100% emulate SQL server and, in my experience, unless you are full blown admin getting permissions just right can be a pain.
Also, though I may be mistaken, but I don't believe the product lists RDS as a supported platform for the DB so getting Support may be "best effort".
