LDAP Integration Error

Hi Sushant,

Are you adding an LDAP identity provider configuration (under Settings > External Integration > Identity and Authentication) to connect to a Windows AD domain?
If so, you should use the Active Directory Identity provider option instead of LDAP as the latter is used for other LDAP types rather than Windows AD.

We are trying LDAP as well as Windows AD Integration but getting same error on both integration.

Error is same "ip/.../DiscoverSchema failed. A Task was cancelled"

Copy/Paste option is not working, I would suggest please activate browse option on this community portal.

Are the DNS servers configured and valid on SPP under Settings | appliance | Networking | Network Interface X0 | DNS Servers?

What are the results of an NSlookup from Settings | Appliance | Network diagnostics for the following SRV records:

_ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.yourdomain.local
_ldap._tcp.yourdomain.local
_ldap._tcp.gc._msdcs.yourdomain.local
_gc._tcp.yourdomain.local

Please rename [yourdomain.local] part with your actual domain when testing NSlookup with the record type set to "Srv".
