But this will not be recorded session in that case. Also it will not route theough SPS. Do we configure WinSCP MSSQL , and other connection from SPS using SPP?

Think you have missed the point of how SPS works...

By copying the connection string you tell WinSCP to make the connection via SPS so the session WILL be recorded.

Remember SPS uses the local client be it PuTTy Telnet WinSCP  RDP etc.

I assume you are trying to make an SPP originated connection and are looking to use the play button in the desktop client to start the session.

You can only do this for the RDP or PuTTy connection. If you want to use other clients then you need to copy the connection string into your client of choice and this will then make the connection to the SPS thus recording all traffic for you.
