Upgrade error SPS 6.5 to 5.6

Hello,

I can't upgrade firmware from 6.5 to 6.6 version.

while running test firmware, below error shown:

Firmware upgrade test failed. Do not upgrade.


Upgrade is allowed; old='scb-core-6.5_6.5.0-6.5.0', new='scb-core-6.6_6.6.0-6.6.0'
Validating upgrade path...
Upgrade is allowed; old='scb-core-6.5_6.5.0-6.5.0', new='scb-core-6.6_6.6.0-6.6.0'

Some configuration settings and accepted values will change. As a result, you have to modify the following parts of the configuration before attempting to upgrade
Make sure to correct these in your configuration before starting the upgrade process.
Upgrade preconditions failed for XML database.
Message: Invalid configuration
Details: nnx.validator.SemanticError: Cluster listen address must be the first address of an interface (primary address); paths=['local_services.cluster.listen_address'], dbfile='/tmp/xml_check/test_config.xml'

LOG:

scb/check_xml_upgrade: ERROR (root@localhost) NNX validation error: nnx.validator.SemanticError: Cluster listen address must be the first address of an interface (primary address); paths=['local_services.cluster.listen_address']

    Hi Mahmoud,

    Is this appliance part of a configuration cluster? or just a standalone appliance?

    Please check the configuration here:

    Basic Settings > Local Services > Cluster Interface
    - Is this enabled and possibly no ip address selected?

    - if its not being used and was enabled by error, you can also try to disable it and test upgrading again.
