Mouse cursor not changing shape to the different icons

Hi,

I tested the mouse cursor behavior with SPS 6.6 via RDP to Windows 2012R2 server and the the cursor does change correctly when trying to resize the file explorer window.

Using the terminal only channel policy was sufficient (which includes the drawing and clipboard channels)

I would try to upgrade to SPS 6.6.1 anyways and test further.

Just upgraded to 6.6.1 and nothing changed. Used the same channel policy as montioned above. What else can i try? Thanks!

Please try the following on the target Windows machine:

Navigate to Settings => Ease of Access => Interaction => Mouse

enable "Turn on Mouse Keys to use the numeric keypad to move the mouse pointer"

Test again to see if that allows the RDP connection to show the resize pointers.

Does this happen with only a particular machine or all machines you connect to via SPS?

if the issue persists, I would recommend opening a service request via https://support.oneidentity.com/contact-support to investigate this issue further.
