Hi Team,
I have safeguard appliance and i am not able to play one recorded video.
i have a check from archive serve and download the previous session video and on run manual which is working fine
check the backup connectivity for archive serve But i get the below error when i play direct from safaguard.
Below is the error:-
Can not play session 16136
Failed with stayus code 500(Internal server Error)
Has any one solution on this.
