Cisco Switch session error

Dear Team,

I got an error while requesting SSH session through Cisco switch and user mode on switch is on.

after disabling user mode, session started normally.

So how could i request a session and user mode is on, As i login to User Mode and then go to Privilege mode by entering “Enable Password” command.

    Hi Mahmoud,

    Please provide more information:
    - What is the SSH error?
    - What version of Safeguard used (Is this SPP joined to an external SPS?)
    - Any issues with SSH to that Cisco device outside of Safeguard with User mode on?
    - Are you requesting the Service account in the SSH session or a managed account?
    - Does the issue happen for all users when user mode being on?

    I'm getting below error while changing password for new account:

    Queuing task.
    Starting task.
    Connecting with asset *******.
    System login test.
    Insufficient privileges to access Enable Mode.
    Changing password for account admin3.
    Password for account admin3 has not been changed.
    Saving task results.
    Task completed with failure.Queuing task.
    Starting task.
    Connecting with asset ******.
    System login test.
    Insufficient privileges to access Enable Mode.
    Changing password for account admin3.
    Password for account admin3 has not been changed.
    Saving task results.
    Task completed with failure.

    what pre-requisites for cisco new account to be added successfully?
