Approver and escalator

Hi Dario,

The escalation notification email does not make it's recipient \ contact user an approver. 

You may add the escalation contact as an approver and then they can have the ability to approve if required.

if you add the escalation contact to the (approvers) and to (Notify if approvers have pending requests after x mins | hours | days etc)  then they would get both email notifications correct.
