Desktop client redirect to localhost after input of Bootstrap admin creds

Hi,

I have SPP appliance installed on ESXi 6.0. Appliance Version: 6.0.0.12276, IP adr 10.160.104.154.

 

Desktop client version 6.0.0.12211.

When I want to login with Bootstrap admin creds via client it directs me to login page https://10.160.104.154/RSTS/Login?response_type=token&redirect_uri=urn:InstalledApplicationTcpListener&port=50223 on my browser. Chrome is default browser.

I have tried from two more machines to login. Both of the machines have same client version installed. From one machine it is possible to sign in without a problem, from other it has same problem as mine.

Also I tried with other browsers but same thing happens.

I had previously installed client v6.7.0.14004 but also had the same problem.

Has anyone had same problem and found solution?

    Do you have a preference on using SPP with LTS vs Feature release?

    The latest SPP LTS available is 6.0.9 at this time and the the latest SPP Feature release is 6.9

    I would plan to upgrade the appliance (not just the client)  to the latest version of either LTS or Feature then test to see if you can still reproduce the issue. 

    If so, you may open a support service request to investigate this further at support.oneidentity.com/.../

    Just to give a little context and background to the situation/problem.

     

    I have deployed SPP and SPS for internal testing purposes.

     

    All of the installation files and licenses that we have in company were provided by OI's/Quest's PMs/Engineers to be used in PoC that our client requested. We used provided files/lics, at the time PoC was conducted, in our and client's environment without any problem.

    Only difference between those deployments and mine are temporary licenses that I got from https://licensing-partners.quest.com/CE. All of the install files used then and now in my test env are the same.

    Also, during PoC I had no problem with sign in from my machine to SPP, deployed in our test lab, via Desk client.
