Not displaying Approver Comment in Web client in Safeguard for Privileged Password 6.11

Hi

I found that the web client in 6.11 does not show the Approve Comment if the request is denied. From the SPP 6.11 administrative guide (One Identity Safeguard for Privileged Passwords 6.11 - Administration Guide), it says the following:

  • If a denied or revoked request has been commented on by an approver, you can click the "..." button associated with the request to view the comment.

However I cannot find that button anywhere. The only way I can do is to switch back to previous version and expand the request and view the comments. Our client is not happy with that and really appreciate if anyone can shed some lights on us. Thank you.

    Hi Ronald,

    Thanks for the feedback. We have an existing Change Request # 284932 to address this issue in the next release of SPP.

    Workaround: Click on the Settings icon near "My Request (#) " and toggle the Use Previous Version, this will show the other version of the Web UI which can expand the request and show the comment.
