NAT issue

User with IP 192.* access to SPP with IP natted 172.* (SPP native IP 10.10*), creates the token, launches the connection and the request shows the native IP of SPS 10.10 and the request fails.

These are the details in the token created:

10.10.1.23 --> SPS native IP Central Management

10.10.1.28 --> SPP primary node native IP (source of the request)

192.168.* --> native IP of target system requested (destination IP)

  • The user can access SPS directly from the web page (native IP SPS 10. is natted 172*) --> SPS natted is OK

  • The server's IP is natted and the user can access it directly from his 192.* network

The problem is that the token contain the IP of one node of SPS that is fixed in the token requested

How can the problem of the RDP connection to the server be solved?

Thank you very much
