Establishing a session from web client

Dears ,,

I have an entitlement with SSH policy for user to establish their session from SPP Desktop client, however when they access the Safeguard from web client there is no Play button icon, instead there is an option which is “Download Putty” but when the user click on that it gives the error “This feature has been temporarily disabled by the administrator”

so how the user can play their session from web client.

If play button is enabled to launch sessions, you would also need to utilize the SCALUS tool , please see the following article:
