Behavioral analytics mechanisms

Hello to everyone!

We faced with issue after upgrading SPS from 6.11.1 to 7.2.0. After upgrade we don`t see risk scores in behavioral analytics. We think that it could have happened because some mechanisms and logic were changed and system need to build user profiles from the scratch. Is that true or smt went wrong after upgrade?

Hi,

There was an issue when upgrading to 7.0 LTS where you have to reboot to enable Analytics but that should be fixed in 7.1 & 7.0.1:

If you are still having an issue on 7.2, I would suggest to open a service request and upload the support bundle from SPS to investigate if this is a timing issue or something else.
