rules on Safeguard Remote Access

Just a simple and quick question

in remote access I need to load all the servers of a customer and I see that I can also put the subnet but if I create a rule e.g. 10.74.31.0/24 to load all the servers on this subnet I see nothing on remote access. Am I getting the syntax wrong or is there an error and I have to open a ticket?

Also, if i want each user to see only his own servers which will start the session with his admin account, how can i do this? it is impossible to do this only with AD groups because it means creating an AD group for each individual user. Is there any way to do this filtering?

Please help me

thank you very much as always

  • Hello Tawfiq, thank you alsways for your quick answer.

So if I understand correctly, the only way to load all the servers in SRA is to add them individually to SPS in the dedicated connection policy? Oh my God.

if i want to consider to upload them with a cvs where can i find a template to help me compile the new csv? In any case, I have to upload them into SPS first, is it correct?

    thank you for the details
