Missing "Start SSH Session" button

Question

Dear Community, 
 I am facing the following problem: I have 2 users, the first one is a local user created inside Safeguard (SPP) and the second one is a user that was obtained from an AD-group (Dynamic User Group in SPP). Both users have the same permissions, are bound to the same Entitlement and have the same access to the Asset shown in the screenshot. 
 
 In the case of the local user, I can see the button to start the SSH session, in the second case of the user from AD-Group I can't. 
 Please help with a solution to this issue. Maybe it has something to do with SPS? I use standard SSH connection without changing connection settings in SPS. Thanks in advance!

Hi, 
 This option is a per user preference and if enabled by the user, the launch button will show for both (SSH and RDP) session access requests. 
 To change this option for a single user: 
 - Login as that AD user and verify if the setting for "Show Session Launch Button" is enabled from: 
 Access Requests > My Requests > Click on settings icon for My Requests (cog wheel icon) > enable the option named Show Session Launch Button 
 To change this option for multiple users: 
 - you can utilize the API to modify this setting for multiple users using Safeguard-PS PowerShell module as per this KB:
