Dear Support,

We need to implement Windows disconnected session kill from Safeguard PAM.

Please confirm if it possible , right now we are doing manual on each server to disconnect hanging sessions

Hi,

Safeguard does not have a way to force log out of users in an RDP session after the access request is expired, the option to close expired sessions from SPP will only disconnect the RDP session but it will remain as disconnected session in Windows.

You may control the session time limits to log out users in a disconnected state after a specific amount of time from Windows side configuration, see link below for examples:
