Just make your command a "properties editing" type and place your VA in the properties form.  You can even use a PVG rule on the VA to offer values in a drop-down.

Just a quick one. I have my custom command and when i select a user object I see it and can use it. However when i select multiple users I dont see it. Now i guess i need to add it to the form but i dont see a customise on this. When i look under customisation and directory objects i am not 100% sure which one under here is that form. Any ideas? 

I'm not sure I understand what the question is - do you want to be able to select multiple objects and fire your custom command against all of those objects at once?

Hey Craig, the current iteration of the ARS Web does not allow for customization of the multi-select menus.

It would be a nice feature to have. The Web Interface is actually currently undergoing a redesign with customizability as a focus, and we are hoping all of these features make it in there. We'll probably see the new interface sometime late next year if everything goes well.

They are not currently implementing any new features to the existing site due to this, unless it is a critical issue / bug fix sort of thing.
