ActiveRoles 7.4.3 service crashes about once a week?

Are you seeing any other events in the admin service event log around the same time - for example, problems with connecting to the configuration database?

How is the processor and memory utilization on your admin service server?

Is your web UI on the same server as the admin service?

The reason for a crash can be varied, as JohnnyQuest  has said we'd need to understand what has occured around the same time that the crash is being reported, when the issue initially started, plus what could have possibly changed within the environment around that time (patches, new GPO settings, security being tightened).

Also it would be useful to understand how old the implenation of ARS is, but also if your organization upgrade from a previous version (if so which one).

If you can, I would also suggest you raise a Service Request (SR), as some of the information required might also mean looking from a log file from ARS (DS.log), which is a very large file (that is if we can predict when its going to happen).
