The Deprovision User has the ability to email a report to a user specified in the Policy. I like the report that is generated and would like to be able to have it sent to the person initiating the deprovision so that they can attach it to the service now ticket. Support said that there wasn't a way to do that out of the box - just a distribution list or email address. I thought perhaps I could create a workflow that would kick off when a deprovision begins that could get the user initiating it and the changes made and then email that to the user. However, I can't figure out a way to get a listing of the changes made via a script. Any ideas on how this could be done?
