User Recertification auto Aborted by system

Hi All,

During Attestation certification about 16k Attestation cases were created out of which about 120 were auto closed by the system.

- These 120 attestations were Aborted with message " #LDS#Automatic system approval:  No approver available.|". But the approvers are present in the system and we verified this by running the Attestation module query with one AttestationCase UID.

- Also 'Ident_PWODecisionStep' and 'UID_PWODecisionRule' columns are blank, so no Approval action was attached.

 

After re-running these 120 attestations separately again, the PWODecision was assigned Approver were assigned.

Does anyone has faced similar issue, let us know your view on the issue.

    We have the same Situation on v7.1.3, a random number of AttestationCase are closed with the exact same message mentioned above. The next time some if the failed are okay, but other AttestationCases are aborted.
