How to create custom execution step once the request is approved in ITshop

The request properties should be stored within the corresponding PersonWantsOrg object itself so I think all you need to do is use "EX" as the last step in your approval WF which will trigger a process and this process can do whatever is required

Thanks for your response. I can see that we need to provide Event name if we select "EX" as the approval procedure. And I understand that we can create a custom process in Designer but from where can we get the Event name of the process? I mean how my approval level knows to which process it should trigger?

....create a new process on desired  table and on that process select or enter new event (Yes, just invent a new event name ;-) )

 

Then enter it in a Process automation if You also plan to use schedules, and You are good to go wit WF. As simple as that!
