Is there any option to show frequently raised requests in ITshop to the user?

Hi,

I want the user to see frequently raised requests for his role so that it is easy for the user to select that request and raise it for himself. Is it possible to implement this functionality?

    Do we have any option to customize the visibility for each template? I want the user who is creating the template should be able to manage the visibility of that template but not through backend (web designer); from front end itself he should be able to manage the visibility of the template

    Hi,

    Do we have any option in front end to configure it instead of putting condition in web-designer menu element?  Means instead of doing it globally can we do it locally on each request template.

    We want to control as if whenever new request template is created, we should be able to place condition like only IT department or only sales and marketing can use that template.
