That's likely a permissions issue. Is this the first sync you've run? What version are you running?

I used to run sync initially many times before 2 months probably and it used to run. What all permissions are required? And where should I check this?

However, it's strange it's stopping on this column. I think we would need to see the complete error to have a better understanding of what's going on here, ie the log file.

I get only this error in logs as well.
