Getting error "Write permission denied for value TSRemoteInteractWithSession" while running Active directory synchronization

That's likely a permissions issue.  Is this the first sync you've run?  What version are you running?

I used to run sync initially many times before 2 months probably and it used to run. What all permissions are required? And where should I check this?

Depending on your version (which is?) - you should refer to the documentation, e.g.: https://support.oneidentity.com/technical-documents/identity-manager/8.0.1/installation-guide/4#TOPIC-910607.

However, it's strange it's stopping on this column.  I think we would need to see the complete error to have a better understanding of what's going on here, ie the log file.
