Please check the properties Exchange Version at the Exchange Organisation and on the Mailbox servers. Can you post them?

I assume you had an update in your Exchange environment and the that's why the versions might not be in a proper state.

By the way, what version of OneIM are you using?

we are using 7.1 dell one idm

Exchange server has been upgraded with ' Upgrade Exchange 2016 Environment with latest Cumulative Update 9.

we are using Exchange 2016 verison.

I got that from your last post. What would be interesting is what the Exchange sync has detected as versions. You find this information in the database in the table Ex0Organizaion.ExchangeVersion and Ex0Server.ExchangeVersion.
