Error during execution of 'OnInitialize' in logic module 'EX0.Customizer.EX0Mailbox'. Version string portion was too short or too long.

Suddently when we open the mailbox object from LIAM we are getting this above error "Error during execution of 'OnInitialize' in logic module 'EX0.Customizer.EX0Mailbox'.
Version string portion was too short or too long." 

We are facing  dire situation.Please help me

    Please check the properties Exchange Version at the Exchange Organisation and on the Mailbox servers. Can you post them?

    I assume you had an update in your Exchange environment and the that's why the versions might not be in a proper state.

    By the way, what version of OneIM are you using?
