Unable to establish WCF connection in Web Designer where Web Portal is hosted on LB.

We have our Web Portal on  Load Balancer and we are unable to establish WCF connection  in Web Designer. Please suggest how we can establish the connection.

    I assume you are talking about your production Web Portal behind the Load Balancer. Why are you needing the WCF connection in that scenario?

    But back to your question, as the WCF connection is secured with your windows authentication you at least need to configure your load balancer to forward that as well. But honestly, I would try to use Google to search for help around WCF, load balancers and the use of windows authentication as there are plenty of things that you might need to look at. And this isn't a OneIM specific topic.
