Error DPR_NeedExecuteWorkflow

Hi, everyone. Recently we faced a problem. When we try to compile our database we have such errors "Error compiling script Precode of Chain ADS_Group_Delete(39,0): DPR_NeedExecuteWorkflow is not declared. It may be inaccessible due to its protection level." There are 17 errors in general with tables ADS, EBS, EX0, SPS.
Due to these errors we cannot create new users, containers and groups in AD.

We have 2 AD forests and 2 AD connectors to them. But not long ago we lost an access to one of them. Can you help us with resolving this issue?

Its hardly this case. All our problems began when we lost an access to one of our AD forest (which has Exchange server also). I have an impression that IDM demands connection to it.

That error usually indicates that the scripts mentioned are locked. This can happen with the issue that George pointed out above. The compiler will present a popup asking if you want to lock the scripts and if chosen it will lock them.
